About the Role:



We are seeking highly motivated and articulate individuals to join our dynamic team as an International Healthcare B2B Voice Process Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international healthcare business clients, providing exceptional voice support, resolving queries, and ensuring seamless communication. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong command of English and a passion for customer service in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Effectively manage a high volume of calls from international B2B healthcare clients (e.g., clinics, hospitals, insurance providers, medical professionals).

Query Resolution:

Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries related to healthcare services, billing, claims, patient information, appointments, or other business-specific processes.

Information Dissemination:

Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients regarding healthcare products, services, policies, and procedures.

Issue Escalation:

Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors for timely resolution.

Data Management:

Accurately document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, maintaining strict confidentiality as per healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with B2B clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Adherence to Quality Standards:

Consistently meet and exceed quality and performance metrics, including average handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Compliance:

Ensure all interactions and data handling comply with relevant international healthcare regulations and company policies.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, product knowledge, and process changes to provide informed support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1 Year of Experience:

Proven experience in either International Voice Process OR Domestic Voice Process is mandatory. Experience in a B2B environment or healthcare domain will be a significant advantage.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Fluent and articulate in English, with excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.

Customer-Centric Approach:

A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a patient, empathetic attitude towards clients.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.

Computer Proficiency:

Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software.

Adaptability:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to rotational shifts.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Education:

Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate/PUC) qualification. Graduates preferred.
