Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven International Manager - Sales to lead and grow our FMCG product sales in international markets, experience with any country is ok but FMCG is must.
added advantage in Africa, with a strong focus on the Congo region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international business development, a deep understanding of FMCG markets, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies for international revenue growth.
Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.
Market Development:
Explore and penetrate new markets, with a strong focus on the African (especially Congo) region.
Perform market research, competitor analysis, and recommend strategy improvements.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing international clients.
Regular follow-ups and customer engagement to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels, networking, and partnerships.
Cost & Data Analysis:
Analyze costing reports and competitor data to refine pricing and marketing strategies.
Marketing & Promotion Coordination:
Collaborate with design and development teams for promotional items, brochures, presentations, and website development.
Facilitate the creation and execution of promotional and marketing activities for international markets.
Business Planning:
Develop business plans and strategies for multiple FMCG product lines to drive international sales and profitability.
Reporting & Presentations:
Provide timely updates and performance reports to senior management.
Create and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Budget Control:
Maintain accurate records of international sales, pricing, and activity.
Manage budgets effectively and contribute to company profitability.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in international sales, specifically in FMCG products.
Preferred : Experience handling African markets, especially Congo.
Strong network of international clients and distributors in FMCG.
Expertise in client acquisition, business development, and market expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, travel internationally when required.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
