Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new export markets, building and maintaining relationships with international clients and distributors. Conduct market research to support strategic expansion and identify business opportunities. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages. Oversee the order process for export customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of herbal products and their market application.

B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Pharma, or M. Pharma
