We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic International Expansion Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional with strong communication, documentation, and research skills who is eager to contribute to global expansion projects and international outreach activities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing Talrop's global expansion strategies across new countries and regions. Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports on potential markets, partners, and expansion opportunities. Participate in international events, networking sessions, and partnership meetings. Help coordinate logistics and operations for international outreach programs and events. Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and internal documentation. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Travel to other countries as required for research, meetings, and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field preferred). Freshers with excellent communication and research skills are encouraged to apply. Strong English language skills - both verbal and written. Confident, professional, and presentable, with an interest in international relations and expansion. Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities. Willingness to travel internationally when required.
