We're hiring two experienced E-commerce Executives to scale

M&B, Miss Lavish London, and Handicrafts Home

across

global

channels--

Amazon (multiple regions), Shopify (cross-border), eBay (US/UK/EU), Walmart.com, Etsy

, and region-specific marketplaces. Quick-commerce work (

Zepto/Blinkit

, etc.) applies where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Global Catalog & Listings:

Create/optimize titles, bullets, attributes, variations; A+ Content/Brand Store; flat files; region-wise localization (UK/US spellings, metric/imperial, compliance).

Shopify Cross-Border:

Manage Shopify Markets, multi-currency, duties/taxes, shipping zones, returns, and basic CRO (reviews/UGC/upsells).

Search & Ads:

Keyword research per region; manage Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD) and basic Google Shopping/PMAX for D2C; track ACOS/TACOS, CTR, CVR, ROAS.

Inventory & Fulfilment:

Plan

FBA/3PL

for US/UK/EU; restock limits, removals, dark-store coordination where applicable; demand forecasting & safety stock.

Compliance & Account Health:

Maintain ODR/late-ship/policy metrics; case/appeal handling; set up VAT (UK/EU) & sales tax (US) basics; GDPR/cookie banner for D2C.

Promotions & Calendar:

Own monthly content/promo calendar; coupons, deals, seasonal events for each region.

Returns & Insights:

Analyze returns and customer feedback to improve listings/packaging.

MIS Reporting:

Weekly dashboards--revenue by region, Buy Box %, sessions, conversion, ACOS/TACOS, unit economics.
Eligibility Criteria

Master's

in Marketing/Business (or Bachelor's with strong experience).

Minimum 3 years

in e-commerce management with

hands-on global experience

(Amazon multi-region + cross-border Shopify). Category exposure to

Apparel

and/or

Home Furnishings

is a plus. Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel (LOOKUPs, Pivots). Experience with tools like

Helium 10/Jungle Scout, GA4, Search Console

is preferred. Proven exposure to quick-commerce (Zepto/Blinkit) is a plus (region-specific).
