As an International /Domestic Sales head in the stone industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business in international markets. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in the stone industry, a deep understanding of international sales dynamics, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Your ability to build and maintain relationships, along with your expertise in stone products, will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Strategy
:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the international stone industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share.
Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
Developing Strategies:
According to the market requirement, develop a team by mentoring them to generate leads and increase the overall turnover of the company.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
:
Identify potential clients and partners in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Sales and Revenue Generation
:
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Product Knowledge and Training
:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our stone variety and their applications.
Train and educate clients and partners on the benefits of our products.
Travel and Trade Shows
:
Utilize your extensive travel experience to visit clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
Represent the company professionally at international trade shows and exhibitions.
Reporting and Documentation
:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on the quartz industry.
Experience of international Market like - America, Europe, US etc.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Proficiency in G suite, and Microsoft Office.
