Experience : 0 (freshers) up to 1 years
Salary : CTC 2.2 LPA to 6 LPA (In hand 16 K PM to 50 K PM)
Qualification : HSC Passed and Any Graduate
Shift Timing : We have vacancies of multiple shift options with different clients
Joining : Immediate to within 30 days
Job Responsibilities:
Industries : Insurance / Banking / Health Care / Share Market Customer Support / Tatavel / Education
Processes : Domestic / international support via voice / video/ chat / email channels
Skills : Communication skills & Empathy
Languages : English , Hindi & Other Indian languages
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Communicate with customers in product promotion ,resolving queries , troubleshooting and providing product information as needed.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in system
- Adhere to quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements in all customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
