OVERAL OBJECTIVES
Ensure that the defined NBLs ComLIMS best practices are implemented and used in the best way by the Division. The ComLIMS best practices cover the full production and sales processes and therefore have an impact on other ComLIMS interfacing Applications such as EOL, CRM/ADMS, eLIMS-NG, etc.. Identify and coordinate further improvements of current and new "best practices". Act as a point of contact for its National Division ComLIMS Responsible (ND CLR) community and the Group ComLIMS Team.
MAIN MISSIONS
Implementation of Best Practices
Support, guide the ND ComLIMS Responsibles when they implement NBLs ComLIMS best practices. Review, agree on and monitor plans/roadmaps for how to implement the best practices. Work closely with the Business Analysts / Key Users of Applications interacting with the ComLIMS Applications to optimise the usage of the whole EurIS chain (e.g.: ADMS/CRM, EOL, eLIMS-NG, etc.).
New Best Practices
Cooperate with the ND ComLIMS Responsibles of the Division, Group ComLIMS Team to converge, improve and define "best practices" (new and current), integrate the changes initiated by KGDs.
Cooperate with the Group ComLIMS Team to distribute the changes involved by KGDs related to the ComLIMS Applications.
Business Requirements (BR) and Request for Change (RFC)
Supervise creation of and create Business Requirements that leads to RFCs for ComLIMS Applications.
On request of Group ComLIMS Team review submitted RFCs and Business Requirements.
Communicate with KGD Owners to propose amendments of KGDs.
Division ND ComLIMS Responsible community
Organise regular (yearly) meeting(s) including virtual meetings, ComLIMS working sessions for the ND ComLIMS Responsibles of the Division and as well as participate Group ComLIMS Team meetings to;
- Share knowledge
- Establish and review best practices
- Align the vision within the Division on the implementation of BRs or major URs (eg: align the Division vision on ComLIMS Sales Documents).
- Discuss new RFCs.
Division ComLIMS committee
Organise regular (yearly) meeting(s) (including virtual meetings) for the Division ComLIMS committee under the scope to;
- Establish and maintain the Division (e.g.: Environment) part of the Matrix tree ("Sample Classification tree").
- Maintain, review the current Division Matrix tree in parallel with the "Sample Classification Matrix tree".
- Work closely together with other Division ComLIMS committee(s) (e.g.: Food/feed Division ComLIMS committee) with regard to the structure of the "Sample Classification tree"; establish rules for when to use Matrix properties, International Generic Products (IGPs) and rules for how to handle requests for new Matrices, Matrix Properties and IGPs for the new Sample Classification "tree".
- Review and approve/reject requests for creation of various new items such as
o Types of Sample Containers (define rules)
o Global Discounts/Global Surcharges (GD/GS)
o Priority Levels
In general provide rules and review new requests according to established rules. New requests mean any sort of new requests that are defined as under the responsibility of the Division ComLIMS committee.
- Work with the Operation Segment Block Cross-Country Teams (OSB CCTs) for topics relevant to ComLIMS Applications, or ComLIMS Data.
- Maintain ND CLRs knowledge and expertise of ComLIMS through
o Communication based on ComLIMS Customer forum publication
o Regular reminder of existing features and populating the APAC CLR Sharepoint
o Quarterly (ideally monthly) APAC ND CLR Virtual Meetings. Such meetings should be addressing questions from CLRs by CLRs
- Following up on Monthly Dashboard sent by ComLIMS Team to each ND CLR. Ensuring the data are corrected, clarifying what needs to be updated for each CL_ND and keeping track of the volution from one month to the next
Regional eLIMS-NG Projects
Be part of the project team to support eLIMS-NG Deployment across the regions based on the approved roadmap and ensure the consistent of ComLIMS setup across the region.
Miscellaneous
The International Division ComLIMS Responsible should be a member of the ComLIMS User Group Committee and if possible member of User Group Committees of EurIS Applications interacting significantly with the ComLIMS Applications (CRM, EOL, eLIMS Sample Registration, eLIMS CFG, etc.)
The International Division ComLIMS Responsible should be part of the Editorial Committee of the KGD Offer Structure and KGD Pricing and Invoicing.
The International Division ComLIMS Responsible should work closely with the Sales and Marketing Process Owner, if appropriate with Operation Segment Blocks Cross-Country Teams.
