Customer Support -Healthcare /Amazon Process / NRG Upselling

Location: Bellandur & Thanisandra, Bangalore

Shift: Rotational US Shifts (5 Days Working, 2 Days Off)

Transport: One-way Cab Provided (8 PM - 6 AM | Up to 25 km Radius)

Compensation & Benefits:

Fresher: ₹18,000 - ?21,000 (Take Home)

Experienced: ₹24,000 - ?28,000 (Take Home)

Night Shift Allowance: ₹4,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: PUC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Voice Process

Domestic, AR Caller, or Non-Voice experience will not be considered

Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
