Job Description



We are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals for an International Customer Support - Voice (US Process) role. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling international inbound calls and a good understanding of the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities



Handle pure inbound customer queries for the US market. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer experience. Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures as required. Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system. Meet performance targets including quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements



Minimum 6 months of international inbound calling experience is mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the telecom industry is required. Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage rotational week offs. Should be comfortable working from the Noida office (NSEZ, Sec-81). Immediate joiners will be given priority.
