Job Title: International Voice & Non Voice
Shift - Night Shift (US) - 5 Days Working

Location: Electronic city, Bangalore

Salary: upto 33000(Based on previous salary hike will be given)
Note: for non voice salary will be upto 30k ctc
Work from Office

Education: Undergraduate/Graduates with minimum 6Months experience into international Process

Language preferred : Fluent in English
Cab (25km is the Radius)

Role Description: A CSA in this role responds to customer queries and provides resolution, support and assistance to the customers. The Agent will play an integral role in improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
