Roles and Responsibilities

:

Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels professionally and efficiently Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner Provide product and service information to customers Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Log all interactions accurately and follow up when necessary Meet performance benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Requirements

:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights
