About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. In this role, you will handle voice and chat interactions for global customers, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and chat in a professional manner Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions Record and update interaction details in the system Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards
Eligibility & Skills

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred but not mandatory) Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) Customer-centric, calm, and empathetic approach Comfortable working in rotational night shifts Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes
