Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented International Chat / Email / Application Process Specialist who can handle client communication and application processing through our online system. The ideal candidate must have strong English understanding and should be comfortable managing basic chat and email conversations. Key Responsibilities

Fill online forms through our internal web system (copy & paste format). Review and process client application forms with accuracy. Verify documents submitted by clients. Handle basic chat and email communication when required. Maintain records and ensure error-free data entry.
Requirements

6 months - 2 years of experience in chat support, email support, back office, or data processing. Good English understanding (reading & writing). Ability to manage both Day & Night shifts. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based tools. Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with a 6-day office role.
