Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound support for students enrolling in our UK-based online courses. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help learners succeed.

Key Responsibilities



Manage inbound queries via phone, email, and chat from UK students.

Guide potential learners through course features, pricing, and enrollment steps. Resolve post-enrollment queries related to course access, schedules, and technical support. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution. Contribute to a positive customer experience and drive student satisfaction.
Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in EdTech or international process). Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience in handling UK or international customers is a plus. Basic MS Office and CRM usage knowledge.
