Provide support to end users in Indian market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
Perform data migration works
Conduct product (Software) training to end users.
Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Involve in ad-hoc project.
Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.
Implement best practices to improve response time, issue resolution, and ticket management.
Optimize workflows to prevent backlogs and ensure smooth team operations.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support system is preferred.
Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills would be an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Timing
General Shift(06:30 AM to 03:30 PM) Monday to Friday
