About the Role
We are hiring an International Customer Support Representative to handle customer queries from US-based clients through phone, chat, and email. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, experience working with global customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries
Document interactions and maintain customer records using CRM tools
Resolve issues independently or escalate to internal teams when required
Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction
Follow communication and quality standards aligned with US clients
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
Experience with ticketing or CRM platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
