Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled International Customer Executive to manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and feedback from global clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Meet customer satisfaction targets and metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or international business (preferred)
