Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues
Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Ability to handle international clients across time zones
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Experience in BPO/KPO/International calling preferred
Graduation (any stream) preferred
Freshers are welcome
