Screening round Versant round - need to achieve 60% (Need Excellent comms skils) Ops round - Accenture
Immediate feedback will be provided, and interviews will be scheduled accordingly.

Important Screening Guidelines:

Excellent communication skills are a must. Candidates should be briefed to ensure their call introductions and closures are strong and confident.

PF history must be present in their last two organizations.

For candidates with more than 1 year of experience

For exp - International US calling Experience is Mandatory

Grad Freshers are considered. Immediate Joiners Only

Night shifts (US Shift) and should be flexible to work.

Return to office (work from office mandatory) - therefore Bangalore based candidates ONLY.

Exposure to US contact center preferable

Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun

. Both ways Cab facility provided within radius.

Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM ) Work from Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
