We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for the position of International Customer Support Executive in the Voice Process (Telesales) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to international clients over voice calls.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and process efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Fluency in any additional language will be an added advantage.
