Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international customers. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution. Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer experience. Follow company processes and compliance standards. Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments. Meet performance metrics such as SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

of experience in an

international voice process

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
