Key Responsibilities:
Provide high quality voice based support to international customers
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate unresolved issues
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Must be available for onsite interviews in Ahmedabad
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
