Rotational shifts (including night shifts) / 24x7 support environment
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot technical or non-technical issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Adhere to process compliance, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) - Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs (24/7 work environment).
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
