Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries. Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply). Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts. Must be open for face-to-face interview rounds. Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 in-hand per month
