We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery to international clients via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt to global customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated with company policies, product knowledge, and industry trends.
Key Skills & Qualification:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus).
Prior experience in international voice/non-voice support will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per international time zones.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
