Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - US Process

About the Role:

DakshOne is hiring energetic and motivated professionals to join our US Lead Generation process.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will connect with potential customers in the US, qualify leads, and help build a strong sales pipeline for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with prior call center experience who are looking to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US customers and generate qualified leads for insurance products.

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and share accurate process information.Maintain daily call logs, update CRM, and ensure lead quality standards are met.Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets while maintaining compliance and professionalism.Work collaboratively with the team to drive performance and achieve process goals.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center voice experience (Lead Generation / Insurance Outbound preferred).

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above.

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and comprehension).

Strong persuasion and customer engagement ability.

Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

Transport: Two-way cab provided.
