What You'll Do

Manage

voice and non-voice interactions

with overseas clients Provide assistance via

phone, email, and live chat

Solve issues, guide customers, and deliver a great service experience Keep records updated in CRM systems Achieve

performance metrics

like customer satisfaction, accuracy, and response time
Who Can Apply

Education

: Open for

graduates & undergraduates (any stream)

Skills

: Strong command of English (speaking & writing) Good problem-solving and listening skills Comfortable working in

rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Experience
