International Customer Support - BOAT

Salary:

?30,000 CTC + Incentives up to ?30,000 (Potential monthly earnings up to ?60,000)

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass Freshers can apply Strong, fluent English communication is compulsory

Location:

Sector 18, Gurgaon

Working Days:

5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international customer interactions through calls and emails Deliver clear, professional assistance for BOAT product-related concerns Support customers with warranty queries, replacements, and product information Promote and recommend BOAT products to enhance sales Highlight product features and guide customers toward suitable choices Update and maintain customer data and interaction logs Achieve assigned daily/weekly interaction and sales benchmarks Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat engagement
