International Customer Support process

. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and are looking for a stable and growth-oriented career in the BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via calls/email/chat in a professional manner Deliver excellent customer experience with a problem-solving approach Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) as per business requirement Ensure customer-first attitude while maintaining company standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) Customer-first attitude with problem-solving approach

Freshers

can apply (upto 3.5 LPA)

Experienced:

Minimum 1 year in International BPO/Customer Service (20% hike on last salary) B.Tech / BE Graduates not eligible
