Job Description
1) Support & provide customer service via calls / Chats;
2) Handling customer queries;
3) Complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Clients;
4) Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned;
5) Should be able to answer servicing questions;
6) Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them;
7) Be polite in calls and maintain the quality in every call they handle for the entire day.

Afternoon Shift - 1pm to 9:30pm
Night Shift - 9:30 pm to 6:00 am
