Job Roles & Responsibilities



Handle customer calls for international clients. Provide high-quality support and resolve customer queries efficiently. Ensure excellent communication and customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria



Education:

12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of international voice process experience

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Documents:

All previous company documents are mandatory

Salary & Benefits



Australia Process:


25,000 per month Shift Timing: 3:30 AM - 1:30 PM (9-hour shift) Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

US Process:


23,000 in-hand +
1,250 night allowance Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM (9-hour shift) Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
