Job Summary:

We're seeking a

MALE Candidate

for

Night shift as a

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

with

FOREIGN ACCENT

Skills to Provide top -notch customer service, resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls during night shift hours

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product/service information and recommendations

Requirements:

-

1-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment (first preference)

-

Accent language skills

(verbal and written)

in British, American, Australian Accent, etc

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment

- Familiarity with customer service software and tools

Shift Details:

- Night shift hours: [9:00 PM to 6:00 AM]
