Your Impact as a Customer Service Representative \xef\x82\xb7Customer Service through call. \xef\x82\xb7Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels \xef\x82\xb7Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation \xef\x82\xb7Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort \xef\x82\xb7Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on, chats & email conversations \xef\x82\xb7Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies \xef\x82\xb7Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up \xef\x82\xb7Identify, share and support operational improvement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb914,000.00 per month Benefits:
