Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential learners or institutions.
Product Demonstration: Explain features and benefits of EdTech solutions via calls, presentations, or demos.
Counselling & Conversion: Guide learners through career decisions and convert leads into enrollments.
Sales Cycle Management: Handle end-to-end sales--from initial contact to closing and post-sale support.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Client Engagement
Build trust and rapport with learners or decision-makers.
Tailor solutions to meet specific educational or career goals.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Performance & Strategy
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on product offerings and competitor landscape.
Share insights with marketing and operations to improve outreach and delivery.
Communication & Language
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) is often preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
