We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our
International Voice Process team
. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients across international markets (US/UK/Australia, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer queries/issues and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet process KPIs including
First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
Adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards during every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
verbal communication skills in English
.
Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
Prior experience in international voice process/BPO will be preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
