Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process (Healthcare Domain)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers (primarily U.S.)
Address queries related to healthcare services, insurance, billing, or claims
Provide accurate and empathetic support while maintaining quality standards
Work collaboratively in a 24/7 dynamic contact center environment

Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in
International Customer Service - Voice Process
Healthcare BPO experience
UG candidates may also be considered (exceptional basis)
Shifts:
24x7 (Majorly Night Shifts - US Process)
Location:
Gurgaon Sector 21 (Temporary seating in Sector 30 possible initially)*
