Hi Team, We are hiring for a new process (Falcon). It is a pure customer support process with 24*7 shift with 5 days working with 2 rotation offs. HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES Process : Falcon (Vodafone Qatar) Pure Inbound Process / Outbound Retention / Telesales Qualification :- HSC or Graduate BPO Experience Experience into Customer Service would be an added advantage Shift Timing : 24*7 (Rotational any 9 hours). Working Days : 5 Week Offs : Any 2 Rotational Salary: upto 280000 LPA HSC or Graduate Experience Maximum 27K Net + Incentives. Excellent Communication mandatory (International Voice Selects Only) Work Location: LOMA IT Park, Ghansoli Rounds of Interview : ( Virtual ) 1. HR 2. Operation Note Work from office Job Role Solving the queries of the Customer related to Postpaid / Prepaid Customers.
