Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries for international clients via calls, chat, or email Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication Adhere to company processes and meet quality standards Work collaboratively with team members and report daily updates

Requirements:

Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply) Excellent communication skills Flexible to work in night shifts
