Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve queries related to products, orders, billing, service issues, etc.
Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism during calls.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the team leader to improve service quality.
Provide email/chat support (if required by the process).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to understand international accents (US/UK).
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational offs.
Preferred Skills
Experience in international voice process (US/UK/AUS).
Knowledge of CRM or call-management tools.
Ability to upsell or cross-sell when required.
