We are hiring

Customer Service Associates

for a medical billing (voice) process related to appointment scheduling. The role requires strong communication skills and prior BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer service calls related to appointment scheduling (medical billing process). Ensure accurate communication and documentation of customer interactions. Deliver excellent customer support in line with US process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream. Minimum

01 to

6 months of BPO experience

. Strong verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Salary:

?26,000 CTC

Interview Rounds:

HR Round 2 Operations Rounds

Work Schedule:

5.5 days working

with rotational shifts and week-offs. Rotational night shifts applicable.

Transportation:

Up to

180 night shifts allowed for male employees

.

One-sided cab facility for female employees

during odd hours.
