About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide top-notch service to global customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails for international clients.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed and updated customer records in CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet daily performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2 years) are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ?25,000 - ?37,000 CTC (based on experience and skill level)
5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts)
