Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from international customers.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Document all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and KPIs.
