We are expanding our Tech Customer Support (CS) team in Jaipur and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join us immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email.
Understand customer needs and deliver accurate, effective solutions.
Drive sales through consultative conversations with opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Achieve and maintain key performance metrics including CSAT, Sales, Productivity, and Quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
Excellent English communication skills--both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and with rotational weekly offs.
Graduation is mandatory.
Compensation
1 year experience: Up to ₹40,000 - ?44,000 per month
2 years documented experience: Up to ₹46,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
