US Shift: 05:30 PM - 10:30 AM
UK Shift: 11:30 AM - 03:00 AM
Australia Shift: 03:00 PM - 03:00 AM
Salary:
Up to 35,000, depending on your last drawn + Incentives
Joining:
Immediate joiners preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication (voice/chat/email) with international customers
Assist customers with queries and service requests related to telecom, banking, airline bookings, or online shopping
Provide accurate information while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Maintain detailed records of each interaction
Candidate Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willing to work in night/rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
