Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer assistance through voice support for international clients.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution with high accuracy and professionalism.
Document all customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Maintain strong product and process knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process.
Language Proficiency: B1 and Above level in English (Both written and verbal).
Soft Skills: Customer-centric approach, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to rotational shifts.
Additional Details: Interview Rounds: HR Round ? Operations Round
Shift: Rotational (for both male and female candidates)-5 days working.
Salary: Up to ?35,000 CTC per month
Cab Facility: Available.
