Role Details
Position: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process
Domain: US Healthcare
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timings: Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones)
Joining: Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Compensation
Freshers: ?2,54,640 per annum + ?70,360 Variable Shift Allowance (VSA)
Experienced Professionals: ?3,20,000 per annum + ?79,000 VSA
Performance-Based Incentives also applicable

What We're Looking For
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably 2022-2024 pass-outs)
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 6-24 months of international voice experience (preferably in BPO or healthcare)
Key Skills:
Excellent spoken English (minimum B2 level)
Confidence, clarity, and professionalism in communication
Customer-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving
Other Requirements:
Open to working night shifts
Must be based in Bangalore or ready to relocate immediately
Available to join on short notice
