Your Day-to-Day Role

As an

International Customer Support Executive

, you'll:

Interact with international customers via

voice, chat, and email

. Resolve queries with

accuracy, empathy, and professionalism

. Maintain customer records using CRM tools. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Ensure

customer satisfaction and quality compliance

on every interaction.
Candidate Requirements

Education:

10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:

Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome

Skills:

Exceptional

spoken & written English

communication Strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills Comfortable with

rotational shifts

(including night shifts) Willing to
