We are hiring Customer Support + Sales Executive for an

international voice process

at our Jaipur office.

This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable speaking in English and enjoy interacting with customers over calls. If you have prior experience in customer support, calling, or BPO processes, this could be a good opportunity for you.

Candidates from

any city in India

can apply if they are open to relocating to Jaipur.

What the Role Involves

- Handling international customer calls
- Understanding customer queries and providing clear responses
- Sharing accurate information as per process guidelines
- Maintaining call quality and basic documentation
- Working as part of a professional support team

Depending on the process, there may be some exposure to sales or upselling.

Who Can Apply

- Graduates (any stream)
- Experience in

voice process / calling / BPO / customer support

preferred
- Good spoken English
- Willing to work from office in Jaipur
- Comfortable with night or rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

- ₹32,000 - ?46,000 per month

(Final salary depends on interview and experience)
