We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls for our US healthcare process. The role involves assisting patients, providers, and insurance representatives with queries related to medical claims, billing, eligibility, and prior authorizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls from US-based customers
Resolve queries related to healthcare claims, billing, and policy coverage
Maintain accurate call logs and update systems accordingly
Adhere to HIPAA and company compliance standards
Meet quality and productivity targets
Requirements:
Fresher can also applied(B.com, M.com , BBA , BA, MA)
Any BPO experienced with completed documents available will be added advantage
6months-2 years of experience in a US healthcare voice process preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work night shifts & Rational shifts
Day time no can facilities & One way cab provided
self traveling & out of boundary not consider

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
